Coconut yoghurt herb sauce for roasted vegetables
Creamy coconut yoghurt pairs beautifully with sharp fermented radishes in this simple sharing plate. The yoghurt softens the acidity, while herbs and olive oil turn it into a bright dip for flatbread, crackers, or roasted vegetables.
